The first thing I do when I arrive at work is start eating, and the last thing I do at the end of my work day is finish whatever I’m snacking on. The habit of constantly stuffing my face throughout the day (while staying thin, I might add) leaves my lunch time available for other stuff. In this case, it was poking around at the capitol grounds.<\/p>\n
