Despite the fact that they&#8217;re sorta Kawasaki Green and Suzuki Blue, I&#8217;m not a fan of this sort of defacement.<\/p>\n<p><center><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/vandalism_12687.jpg\" width=\"333\" height=\"500\" border=\"0\" \/><\/center>My guess is that someone downloaded a copy of the documentary <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/url?sa=t&amp;source=web&amp;cd=2&amp;ved=0CCgQFjAB&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.imdb.com%2Ftitle%2Ftt1587707%2F&amp;ei=Hg8nTrzUKs7OgAel-r1c&amp;usg=AFQjCNErAq5Iq__dAOoRYsjIUfrv_7mz0Q&amp;sig2=G72cmr50Uj2L4fIxhhrNsw\" target=\"_blank\">Exit Through the Gift Shop<\/a> and decided to be small town North Dakota&#8217;s version of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Banksy\" target=\"_blank\">Banksy<\/a> or something. The fact of the matter is that no matter how clever or extravagant, this &#8220;street art&#8221; is vandalism. It doesn&#8217;t get any more complicated than that. Hopefully this sort of thing doesn&#8217;t become too common in our city.<\/p>\n<p><center><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/waldo_8302.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" border=\"0\" \/><\/center>I can&#8217;t help but wonder if the Pooh bears are in any way related to this stencil of Waldo that used to adorn a boarded-up rear entrance of the former Home Depot building. I wrote about it last year and it&#8217;s no longer on that building, as the building configuration has been changed.<\/p>\n<p><center><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/waldo_8303.jpg\" width=\"333\" height=\"500\" border=\"0\" \/><\/center>My suggestion for anyone who wants to get into &#8220;street art&#8221; is that they rent or buy a piece of property, and then go nuts with it.
