Windmills catch my eye often, and this one didn&#8217;t disappoint.  It looks like it&#8217;s got a lot of character, no doubt derived from years &#8211; generations, maybe &#8211; of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/2021\/07\/windmill_70602.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6937\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/2021\/07\/windmill_70602.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/2021\/07\/windmill_70602-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/2021\/07\/windmill_70602-450x300.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Since I was in Morton County, I couldn&#8217;t help but hope that it would say &#8220;Mandan&#8221; on the back.  But as I got closer, I saw that wasn&#8217;t the case.
