This is a little embarassing&#8230;omitting the &#8220;c&#8221; in Bismarck?  It&#8217;s literally in the name of the newspaper, after all.  But ya gotta cut &#8217;em a little slack, I suppose&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"208\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/2025\/02\/bismark_trib_3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/2025\/02\/bismark_trib_3.png 500w, https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/2025\/02\/bismark_trib_3-150x62.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>The &#8220;Bismark Tribune&#8221; was recently hit by a &#8216;cybersecurity event&#8217;, according to recent articles by the paper explaining the interruptions on certain services.  Although I&#8217;d heard that layout of the newspaper isn&#8217;t even done here in Bismark anymore; if that&#8217;s the case, I suppose it&#8217;s one of those things we count as forgivable when done by outsiders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/2025\/02\/bismark_36032.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8290\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/2025\/02\/bismark_36032.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/2025\/02\/bismark_36032-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.bismarckmandanblog.com\/images\/2025\/02\/bismark_36032-450x300.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>I took this photo when I was at the Camp Hancock historic site back in 2009. See? It happens. Of course, that ticket was printed a hundred years ago.
